Then installed the program file again and retarted the PC; but I have still the same problem Follow these steps to disable UAC:. After successfully installing the application, ensure to change the User Account Control settings to its default position as it was before.

I'm not an expert in PC's but found out how to activate Allshare. For me It's complicated. Then login as this "Super" administrator. In this mode the allshare worked very good. But then you should stay logged in as this hidden administra. Once you've installed Allshare and undo by cmd this hidden administrator and login with you "normal" administator account.
